Kharadi is in east Pune, inside PMC limits, along the Pune to Ahmednagar road (Nagar Road) beside the Mula-Mutha river. It grew around the EON IT Park (EON Free Zone) and World Trade Center Pune, so many residents work within the area.

Housing is mainly apartment projects, with large townships towards the river and newer supply towards Upper Kharadi and Wagholi.

Getting around Kharadi

• Nagar Road links Kharadi to Viman Nagar and Pune airport at Lohegaon to the west, and to Wagholi to the east.
