What we provide
A mini-website for your brokerage on pune.broker, with Call/WhatsApp buttons to your own numbers and an enquiry form that sends enquiries to you. Optional follow-up help (Lead Desk) if you choose it.
What we do not promise
We do not promise a number of leads, enquiries or closed deals. Closing depends on your inventory, response speed and market prices.
Your responsibilities
- Information you give us (name, MahaRERA number, listings, prices) must be true and current. You are responsible for following MahaRERA rules for your advertising.
- You must have the right to use photos and project details you send.
Fees
Prices are shown on the home page. GST extra. Setup fees are for work done and are normally not refundable once your page draft is delivered. Monthly or yearly hosting can be stopped by email; the mini-website goes offline at the end of the paid period.
Your leads
Enquiries from your mini-website are yours. We do not contact your buyers or pass them to other brokers.
Removal
We may take down a mini-website that is false, misleading or unlawful.
