How Pune Broker uses your data
Pune Broker collects form data (name, phone, email, area, budget, intent) along with UTM parameters, referrer, page path, session id, anonymous id, browser fingerprint, viewport, language, and event logs (page views, scroll depth, CTA clicks). This helps us match you with the right broker and improve the platform.
We never sell your data. We share your contact details only with the specific broker or builder you ask us to connect you with, and we tell you who that is before doing so.
Your rights
Under the DPDP Act 2023 you can request access, correction, or deletion of your data at any time. Use the take down request page or email hello@pune.broker.
Cookies and storage
We use first party cookies and localStorage to persist your session, attribution, and wizard state. Analytics events run on our own server. No third party advertising cookies are loaded by default.
Retention
Lead data is retained for the duration of an active enquiry plus 24 months for follow up. Event data is retained for 18 months in aggregate form for product improvement.
